Barcelona seems to have it going on. They have opened their eyes to several issues that the U.S. is dragging on. Art is one of them; Spaniards have walls looking crazy, fresh! Get this, street art is regarded as art over there. What a concept... I never wanted to go to Spain before I saw this. The important parts are even written in English so our president can read them.
